Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water (alternatively use your favourite low fat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons low fat Chobani yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (or other fresh/frozen fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • ice (if using fresh fruit)

METHOD: Place all ingredients in Nutribullet and blitz until smooth.

This smoothie is considered a meal and is great for between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Excellent for curbing your appetite so you don’t go looking for snacks. Helps to increase the number of meals you are consuming per day.
