INGREDIENTS
- 3 small pre-cooked beets
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 170g low fat Chobani yogurt
- 1 scoop Whey Protein powder per serving – added just prior to eating.
METHOD: Place all ingredients in blender, except for Whey Protein powder. Blend until smooth and store in the fridge covered until serving. Immediately before serving, whisk through protein powder.
