Berry and Beet Protein Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small pre-cooked beets
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 170g low fat Chobani yogurt
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein powder per serving – added just prior to eating.

METHOD: Place all ingredients in blender, except for Whey Protein powder. Blend until smooth and store in the fridge covered until serving. Immediately before serving, whisk through protein powder.
